Time Flies

This is another piece from college....an art assignment involving "etching"....its basically scratching with a sharp tool on special black paper to reveal the white....there's something about a bunch of hourglasses with bat wings ascending in the sky that really speaks to me....not sure if its suppose to mean anything, but its something I think that's very visually beautiful and strange.

A Batman Birthday Cake

So I turned the big 2 7 today; here's a birthday quote i liked,
"Growing old is mandatory; growing up is optional." ~Chili Davis
I think thats why i still enjoy getting "Batman" cakes so much.

College Corgan Print Post

This is something I found from my college days, when i did a printmaking class in my 2nd year of college. An excellent class to take if you ever have the opportunity to. It's a black and white print I did based off a photo i found online of Billy Corgan of the Smashing Pumpkins. I think i did 4 others in different colors but i'm not sure where those went. I found of bunch of other stuff from college i hope to post soon, so keep checking back for more.
